Our stay at La Sinfonía was truly unforgettable — especially because it became part of the best birthday celebration. Nestled in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, this hotel impressed us from the moment we arrived with its elegant atmosphere, warm hospitality, and thoughtful service. The staff went above and beyond to make the occasion special — greeting us with smiles, anticipating our needs, and adding personal touches that made my birthday feel celebrated and cared for. The rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after days of exploring, and the complimentary breakfast each morning was delicious with a great variety of local and international options. We also loved the convenient location — just steps away from Hoan Kiem Lake, markets, and charming streets filled with cafes and local life. Whether it was enjoying a morning coffee, strolling around the lake, or winding down at the rooftop bar, every moment felt memorable. Would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi who wants a warm, thoughtful stay with exceptional service. ?

From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. And the location couldn’t be better: right in the heart of Old Quarter, close to everything but still peaceful. Highly recommended for a flawless stay.

十分好的酒店, 地点方便距离店铺湖边大约十分钟路程, 楼上餐厅都非常好, 早餐丰富, 员工亦十分友善, 酒店有车去机场

We stayed here for 3 nts before a trip to Halong Bay. We was so impressed we stayed for 1 more night after Halong Bay before flying to our next destination. Such a beautiful clean and smart hotel with perfect location within walking distance to Train Street, Cathedral & Lake. With the Spa being located on the 2nd floor the aroma on every floor just smells clean & fresh. We loved our stay here.

The hotel was nice and clean. The service was good. Nice breakfast, basically you can get everything there. They’ve got salad, egg, sausages , bacon, cake, congee, vegetables , pho, sweet soup and fruit. Since the hotel is in the old town. So it is very convenient to go anywhere. However my friend lost a bracelet in the hotel. She said she put it on a coffee plate in the room and it was gone when we came back. I just want to remind you to keep your belongings well in the safe or keep them with you all the time. The welcome fruit , the coffee and tea are free. But the snacks and cookies are not! They are very cheap though.

饭店位置好附近很多吃的离老城区也不远走路十分钟内可到装修漂亮房间卫生乾净服务人员态度亲切热情有任何问题都会帮忙处理

习惯性好评吧，虽然位置很是方便，但是房间许多地方与平台展示的不同，并欠维护，总有些小问题；入住时承诺的事情也因为沟通问题导致后面很尴尬；多次出入酒店，只有领导在的时候服务人员才很热心。

和朋友一起来河内旅游选择了距离火车街较近的交响乐城堡酒店，酒店的环境非常有特色，具有当地风情，大堂前台的服务非常周到，欢迎仪式感满满非常喜欢，酒店房间环境非常别致，早餐种类很丰富也很可口，晚上的鸡尾酒??值得一试，总之两个人出游选择这家酒店，是个高性价比的选择，下次有机会一定会继续选择！
